Support
Not for a demo — trial versions download straight away, with no account needed. A full plugin, free or paid, does need a CarbonDSP account: that’s what keeps every download and purchase on your account’s downloads page so you can come back to it anytime.
Both — check each plugin’s own page for its price. Free plugins never ask for payment information at any point.

Yes — your downloads live on your account, not just on the machine you first installed on. Sign in and download again anytime from your account page.
Each plugin is licensed to you personally for your own use — see the Terms of Service. Don’t redistribute the installer or hand it round; that isn’t the same thing as selling your licence, which you are welcome to do. Sell the licence rather than the file: contact support and we’ll transfer it to the new owner.
We don’t offer refunds. Every paid plugin has a fully functional 7-day demo, so you can run the real thing on your own material before you buy, and our plugins ship with no copy protection at all. What we do offer instead is a transferable licence: if a plugin isn’t for you, you can sell it on and we’ll move the licence to the buyer. Contact support to start a transfer.

Yes — new plugins join the catalog as they clear the same verification every existing release goes through.
Instead of one algorithm approximating a whole sound, each stage of the real signal path is modeled individually and combined — the way the actual hardware behaves, not a shortcut around it. More on this on the About page.
